Epo-Toxy™ Estimation Details

Estimating the quantity of repair material required is easily done by calculating the volume, i.e.: length x width x average depth converting to cubic feet. One cubic foot is 12" x 12" x 12". EPO-TOXY™ yield is one cubic foot per gallon with eighty pounds of silica sand. (For spalled, scaled and general repairs).

For estimating quantity of material required for Overlaying, Resurfacing and Anti-Skid surfaces, the volume is calculated, length x width equal square feet. EPO-TOXY™ yield is 100 square feet 16 mills thick per gallon, i.e. 1/2 gallon "A" and 1/2 gallon "B".
