ELASTA GEL 6170 Flexible Epoxy
Expansion Joint Sealant
For Filling Cracks, Construction Joints and Expansion Joints in Concete

ELASTA GEL Flexible Joint Sealant Description

ELASTA GEL 6170 EPOXY may be used as a filler for cracks, construction joints and expansion joints.

6170 Epoxy Resin is a two compontent (no VOC), low viscosity, flexible epoxy resin.

This system has been specially formulated for use in cracks, construction joints and expansion joints requiring a flexible impact resistant polymer.

The material has adequate elongation to withstand thermal movements and physical properties to carry heavy wheel loading and impact.

6170 epoxy has a good chemical and water resistance.

ELASTA GEL Flexible Joint Sealant Uses

Elasta-Gel replaces the conventional wood presently used in expansion joints. It seals the joint and prevents surface water from damaging the sub-base.

Use:

  • as a filler for cracks, construction joints and expansion joints
  • for repairing spalls and other floor repairs
